Returns and exchanges are available for defective as well as non-defective merchandise. Contact us no later than 30 days after the item arrives. Eligibility is limited to new, unused goods in original condition, complete with their packaging, tags and supplied accessories.
Send approved returns through the mail with the return label supplied in the package at no charge. We charge no restocking fee and ask you to follow the instructions issued with approval.
We arrange exchanges according to stock on hand. Refund processing is completed within 10 days of approval to the original payment method, while the provider's posting time is separate.
Changing your mind, a preference change and an incorrect product selection are valid non-defect reasons. Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially unlike the description may also be submitted for assistance.
To start a return or exchange, provide an order number, checkout email and description of the issue. Where goods are damaged, defective, mis-shipped or incomplete, attach photographs or video of the item and package. Wait for authorization before mailing the parcel.
