Orders for physical merchandise follow this policy. The checkout screen confirms delivery charges, including any qualifying free-shipping offer. Please check the address, email and phone you provide, as mistakes can stop or delay a shipment.
Product restrictions, delivery-area coverage, address limitations and applicable rules can limit where we ship. To ask about your purchase, provide its order reference together with the checkout email.
We normally prepare orders in around 1–2 business days. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after the parcel ships. Neither period is a guarantee; weather, holiday schedules, weekends and carrier conditions may extend the journey.
Look for shipment tracking at the checkout email once tracking is issued. To investigate a delay, suspected loss, missing parcel after a delivered scan, or transit damage, we need the order number, checkout email, tracking number and an explanation. Damage reports should include product and parcel photographs for review and any carrier investigation.
